Yesterday The Monster had the great pleasure of sitting down with KCRW’s “Good Food” host Evan Kleiman for an interview about FTM! Besides being a fantastic host, Evan is a wonderfully talented chef at Angeli Caffe, author of many cookbooks and scholar of Italian cuisine. The show has hosted such luminaries as Alice Waters, Cat Cora, Jonathan Gold, Wolfgang Puck and Grant Achatz so it was truly a privilege to be there. An added treat, Fleet Foxes were in the studio playing live!
