Located in Santee Alley (you’ll have difficulty finding this little gem from the street), this is the dream of an Australian expat (Samantha Bryan) who missed the popular snack from her home. Teaming up with Michelin star trained Australian chef, Lincoln Smith, Bronzed Aussie (love the name, more on that later) offers up a well curated menu of pies and Longshot coffee. With only a few high chairs inside and a table or two outside this is grab and go eating for the most part.
